Shipping & Processing Details

  • Order Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing that same day.
  • Processing Duration: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). 
  • Shipping Duration: Following dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days.
  • Free Canada-Wide Delivery: We provide free shipping on all Canadian orders, regardless of size or purchase amount.

Please note: We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Details

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order begins processing. Once dispatched, a second email containing tracking information will be sent so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Delivery Partners

Canadian orders are fulfilled through Canada Post, Purolator, or other reputable delivery services. The specific carrier may differ depending on your delivery location and service availability.

What to Expect with Delivery

Most parcels arrive on schedule, but occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or logistics. If your order is running late, please allow an extra 3 business days before reaching out. If it still hasn't arrived after that grace period, contact us at support@thistleandtundra.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancelling Your Order

To cancel an order, please email us at support@thistleandtundra.com immediately. We can only process cancellations before your order has entered the processing stage. Once an order is underway, it cannot be canceled; however, you are welcome to initiate a return once the package arrives, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we know things can occasionally go wrong during transit. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@thistleandtundra.com with clear photos of both the product and the packaging. Once received, we’ll review your claim as soon as possible and work with you to find a resolution.
